Sorry to hear that mate but on the flip side least you have your money back and can go get youself fixed up.  I don't know anything about Levick but I can highly recommend Karidis in terms of care and his methods.  Although it's too early for me to speak for my results yet, I'm only 6 days post Op, I'm pleased with how I'm recovering so far (hopefully you can judge for youself once I've managed to put up some pics).  Yes Karidis is based in St Johns Wood in London.  I don't have any direct contacts only the the office number which can be found by visiting www.nipntuck.co.uk.  If you ask to speak to Dr. Karidis' secretary she will be able to book you in for a consultation.  Good luck with that mate.

Hello again.  I'm now five post op and now have about 90% range of motion back in my upper arms without feeling any discomfort.  I can still feel some tightness tight raising my arms above my head.  May do some very light cardio exercise at the gym tomorrow, will see how I feel.  Bruising seems to have become worse over the last couple of days, particularly my left side, but I'm very happy with my recovery so far.  Anyway I've finally got round to uploading my before and 5 day post op pics.  All comments welcome.  Thanks.

Thanks v much mate.  Don't want to speak too soon but yes I'm v pleased with my results so far and my overall recovery.  Dr. Karidis even phoned to see how I was doing yesterday, unfortunately I missed the call.  Good luck getting the hormone situation resolved mate.  I had a test years ago but nothing came back out of the ordinary, I just bottled it and didn't go through with the surgery at the time.  I'm glad I waited now as methods for removing the gyne have really improved compared to back then.  Keep us posted.

Looking good mate! Don't stress too much about the tightness, this is one of the aspects of recovery which can take time to right itself. I still get some tightness now and again even at 4 months post op. It's only momentary though and doesn't bother me.  ;) Your gyne looked very similar to mine in actual fact. Once you hit the gym you will notice a big difference, especially a few months down the line.

Thanks Blue.  I'll try not to stress, think it's just impatience on my part ;-)Saying that, it is getting better as each day passes.  Yes can't wait to get back into the weights again.  Hows is your training going?  You looked in fantastic shape in your last pics.

Yeah it's going well mate. Still a long way to go before I get to where I want to be, but with a little patience and hard work I should be somewhere close by next summer. Just got to keep focused and resist slipping into bad habits over the winter / footy season!!!  ;)

That's good, you def look to be going about it the right way already, judging by your pics and by next summer you should be in super shape.  Know what you mean about that, my biggest downfall is the amber necter, diet plays a big part.  I gave up a couple of weeks before the Op and I'm kinda forced to cut down anyway as we expecting our first child in 5 weeks.  Hopefully I'll be able to drop a few pounds during that time.
