A little late in this one by a few years, however I registered just to warn people about excessive wanking and sex. Particularly if you start at a young age, it DOES cause GYNECOMASTIA in men. I am an athletic male and nearing my 30s now, I have been suffering this condition at least for the last 6 years. I go to the gym regularly, play football, done a little martial arts etc. But the triangles are still here, this leaves me with the conclusion that its hormone based rather than fat. Plus I find that I suffer from mood swings, 'this is due to chemical imbalance' or lack of the sufficient amount of minerals and vitamins, and Doctors are arrogant fools whom get things wrong often or simply just dismiss them... Who knows our bodies better than we do!
But i stumbled across this forum because I am seriously considering operation but it seems whatever I do does not help it, in fact I believe excessive exercise aggravates it...
Simply put, wanking and having too much sex will throw your hormones into a skew, oh and it’s a double header if you have a high sex drive. Sucks to be me.  ;D

Get serious. This is total nonsense.

If choking your chicken made breasts grow, almost every male would have a pair of DD's by their 16th birthday.
