how long does it take for A. the incisions to heal. B. to be able to do normal activity such as hold your body in a push up position and cary stuff. and C. to be completely healed and be able to lift weights. i would love it if a doctor answered these questions.

The average time for healing sufficiently for you to do all those activities is roughly four weeks.  The scars will continue to settle and mature for six months or longer -- but push ups, lifting weights, etc can be done safely at about one month post op (assuming no complications, infections, etc.)
