4 month post op HORRIBLE results

will the doc do in office lipo since it will be minor. if its just lipo how long am i out ?

Im 4 months post op and am very unhappy its back soo sooon, i was examining pics ive taken and its deffenity grew. I blew up the pics and its easily noticable that way. The funny thing is the nips are staying the same

i have a small pea size shape behind each nipple im guessing is gland- those havnt grown.

ive had my testerone checek and my throyiod all normal, thats all my doc reccommended.
