whoa man, i have the exact same thing. at a little over 3 months post op, the left side has started to sting/burn and is way more sensitive and feels bigger. My doc told me that the new nerves are making there way up thru the scar tissue and haven't had much exposure to the massaging yet so thats why it is sensitive but he didn't really explain why it feels bigger.  have u been working out a lot? i wonder if that has any effect...

I'm about 2 1/2 months post op and still have a walnut sized ball of scar tissue behind my aerola on the right side. It's not as bad on the left. I work out about 5 days a week. I hope it goes down in a few months. If not, I'm considering kenalog shots. My PS told me to message but I feel like it makes them more swollen

My left side hurts if I massage too much but the right side there's no problem. Coincidentally the left side has a lot more scar tissue and the nipple puffs out a lot more. I had my surgery mid Feb and although the right side I'm fairly happy with it looks like I may be needing a kenalog injection on the left side as I haven't seen any recent improvements due to a hard lump behind the nipple
