Hard Scar Tissue

I am about 10 weeks post op and have this hard scar tissue behind/to the right of my nipple. Everywhere else is fine but this one location. I have been massaging it firmly at night and see/feel improvements. However, when I wake up in the morning its back again!    Anyone else have this problem?

yep..kno it well. had the same prob up to about 4 1/2 months, then gradually started to dissipate once and for all. slooowly though!!

Yeah, I'm about 2 1/2 months post op and have hard scar tissue on my right side. I was massaging a lot but it seemed to make it more swollen. So I'm waiting another 5 months to see how it turns out then I'll ask for kenalog shots.

I have this problem exactly. But on my left side.  I've given up massaging, it just always seems to come back...i'm just patiently hoping that the scar tissue will dissipate slowly.  I am about 4 months post op

I am at 11 weeks and I still have a significant amount of hard/scar tissue under my left nipple. Right side still hasnt tigthened up either.

I have given up massaging as well because it keeps coming back.

Seriously, are there any successful massage stories out there? How long do docs wait before administering kenalog shots? I haven't seen my doc since the surgery.
