i have been living with Geno since i was 13 and do not know what to do about

Make "the calls", get off your rump, and stop feeling sorry for yourself.  "the calls" are making preliminary consultation requests from various plastic surgeons in your area.  Don't feel comfortable starting there?  Go to your regular doctor, and ask about this condition, he may have references to good surgeons.  Don't have the money?  Get a part time job and save save save, or, if you work full time, get a weekend job waiting tables, or the like.  Even the most massive cases of gynecomastia have been reversed by skilled surgeons.  Someone gives your a titty twister, or points out your manboobs?  Do it right back, with vigor, even if they don't have gyne you'll make them question the very confidence that led to them giving you a "purple nurple" or something similar.
Nothing has ever been done in the history of the world by those who sit by their lonesome feeling sorry for themselves.
