My endo confused !

My endocrinologist is confused that all my hormones are normal and he didn't find any source from where estrogen is producing, such as environmental cause ,tumor,aromatasation,etc.
one cause which i m telling him at start of consultation that masterbation may be behind this .But no one consider this as cause.The reason behind masterbation as a cause is that when ever i masterbate 2-3 time in a day pain starts in left breast and it get puffy for 4-5 hours.As overmasterbation may produce high testostorne which can converted into estrogen by aromatase.

i still doubt it.  most gyne is idiopathic, meaning nobody can say for sure why it started.
