Update, 1 month Post-op w/Dr. Jacobs w/pics

I had my surgery with a differenct doctor using the same technique/tools as Dr. Jacobs.  I'm happy with the results, but am currently having some 5 month post-op scarring issues that I need to get taken care of.

A question from a 1 week post op guy, was your chest that flat very soon after the surgery or was there swelling and scar tissue the first couple of weeks??

no updated pic,but the ones posted are only 3 months old.i"m going to try that fitness workout program from Tony Horton called P90X I'll see if that works and in 90 days post some more pics. I know that the surgery is a big contributor to my phsyic but i truely believe that exercise and proper nutrition is just as important.
