Hey guys, I have been looking around the website and forum for about a week now and just wanted to express how greatful I am to have found this place.  I am 23 years old.  I am about 5'10 and weigh 183 pounds. Since graduating school I have been doing a lot of cardio and muscle toning and have lost a bit of weight, but I have never weighed more than 190 or so.  My weight has generally fluctuated between 170-190 over the past five years.  I am just looking for some feedback from you guys and the resident M.D. regarding my gyne and possible surgery situation in general. I can provide some more closeups if need be. Thanks in advance.

our cases are pretty similar, except my nips are little puffier/bigger. yeah, surgery is the only option, lipo/gland excision. u should drop about, 10 lbs or so b4 surgery , that is what i have done. i am 6'0, was 198, now im 187. hasnt made a huge difference on my chest. anyways, good luck.

Very simple...You do have gyne, but if you do these two things you will be rid of it.  1. get the gland excised (cut out), and 2. have lypo done as well, all in the same surgery.  This is as simple as I can get it, and is as much as I will go into it because I want you to make this site your home and learn everything you need to know about gyne.  After doing your research you will no why having both procedures at the same time is essential to fixing your problem, and when it comes to that time when you have your surgery, you won't let some arrogant, self righteous, prick doctor try to push "lypo only" on you like they did me my first time...

happy trails my friend..
