Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia just does not look good on a male chest.

Start here: Gynecomastia and Male Breast Reduction and go through my encyclopedic introduction to male chest contouring surgery by using the arrows.  Once you have read the entire section, you should have few questions about the problem and surgical options.
