hi guys... i am 23 years old , 150lbs.
I used to be about 175lbs from 18-20 years old an then with diet and exercide i dropped my weight and my bodyfat from 25% to about 20% maybe 19%.
I had gyno from 13 years old and now i am about to find a work and start taking some cash to go to do the surgery!

This thing is driving me crazy for lots of years. i am so depressed, feel very bad, never take the shirt off ,never go to swim... it's too sad!

Please check my photos below and tell me what kind of gyno is this (soft type or a bad one?). ALso there is nothing hard on my breasts. all this thing is 100% fat.

thank you

First of all, don't beat yourself up.  It's not that big a deal.

I think the consensus is that puffy nips is usually glandular.  In my case it was on one side and not the other, so it can go either way.  There *might* be non-surgical remedies.  I haven't seen any that look terrible effective.  Surgery is probably the best option but researching a good doc and managing your expectations is key.  If you're seriously considering that avenue start saving now.

my nips are very puffy, thing that i don't like at all.
And in the first and second photo you can see my left side of breast is bigger than the other.
I am really feeling very embarassed about this.

Does the fact the when i squeeze my breast i feel 100% fat and nothing hard in there  mean that maybe i only need liposuction ?

thank you

welcome to the boards.

your case looks very similar to mine and, yes, it does suck.

your age and level of fitness make you a good candidate for surgical correction, if that is the route you wish to take.

like Spleen said, do your homework on the doctor before making a selection.

hang around these boards for a while and get a good grip on the issues. that'll help you out in the long run.

good luck.

i have find the best doctor of my country and i will do the surgery with him.

i will make an appintment with him when i have the money ebcause he is super dooper expensive!!!

Anyway, do u think in my situation that i dont have anything hard in my breastes, only pure fat, i need anything more than a liposuction?

no one can tell you what you have in there except the doctor after he cuts you open.

BUT, based upon my years of experience in researching and on these boards I would conclude that you have some gland that needs to be excised (i.e. lipo enough will NOT be enough).

I think an experienced doctor can make a good guess, but I don't think they know how much is gland or fat until they get in there.  Just speaking from my own experience I had one side where I & two docs though there's be more gland and there was only a small amount.  The rest was fat.  The other side had a decent amount of gland.  If I had a doc that said lipo only or excision only I would have been in trouble because both were need in different amounts for different sides.

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Hey, first of all, congrats on loosing some weight.  It doesn't sound like you were too fat to begin with but I'm sure you feel better.

I have to disagree with you about the fat comment.  It looks to me that it's more glandular in nature but i'm no dr. and as another guy said, they probably have to cut you open to see for sure.

Your depression is something we all feel.  Hopefully you'll get it taken care of soon and you'll never have to experience what i'm about to say..... it's easier to deal with the older you get.  I'm only speaking for myself here, but as you get older I think most guys are less self-conscious.

I'm 33 and last weekend I took my wife and kid to the water park.  If you remember my pic from several months ago, i have gyne pretty bad.  I spent most of the time in the water and when I got out, I put my tank top on, so I hid it pretty good.

looked very similar to my case pre-op.

in my opinion, it is mostly gland right behind the nip, but you probably cant distinguish that yourself. I remeber thinking that I couldnt feel a "hard button thing" like everyone on these boards kept describing, but if you do manage to pinch it in a certain way, you everntually realise that it does feel like what others describe gland to be like... it is a bit of an acquired skill.
... and the saga continues

Fat or gland?  The surgeon will be able to tell you for sure after the surgery.   Not reliably before.

What difference does it make?  The emotional impact is the same.

I can understand your concern, and even your desire to get your nipples reduced.  At the same time, your attitude gives me reason to worry.   What is going on between your ears is a lot more important than what is on your chest.   Those nipples are simply not big enough to warrant that degree of depression.

Talk to your Doctor.
