Does everyone who has undergone gynecomastia surgery get scar tissue for a few months after surgery? Does it affect the appearance of your chest? It seems from the posts here that scar tissue often will make your nipples puff out more than they did before surgery. It would be highly appreciated if some doctors on the forum could shed some light on this subject and perhaps help me with an approximation of what percentage of cases have severe scar tissue formation.

I think i've developed scar tissue, a few weeks after the op ... results were perfect. Now my left nipple seems a little puffed out and i can feel hard-tissue (its deffo scar tissue because i checked after surgery to see if i could feel the gyno) and its annoying :(
