we all know that it takes 6 months to a year to be fully healed after surgery, but by after 2 months we usually feel and look 90% healed

so after the first 2 months post op, what is happening to ur chest after??  is the skin still tightening after the first 2 months post op??

It's a case by case matter.  But after two months most of the scar tissue should be formed and the visible scarring should slowly disappear as the skin stretches and repairs itself. 

In my case, after two months the incision scars are barely visible.  But they can be seen if you look close enough.  Each nipple is still a little sensitive as well due to the scar tissue underneath.

I'd say that after two months, the body is starting the longest part of the healing process.  Kind of like slowly tying up the loose ends here and there.
