Post ops can you help?

Hey guys, ive posted this on another section... but Ive read most of peoples posts on here so heres a copy ...


I have my op in 4 days and I lost the paper of do s and dont's of b4 surgery. Can anyone help out Add to the list if you can.

this is what I can remember:

No Smoking (2weeks)
No Vitamins
No hot tub
No Asprin
