In my practice, gynecomastia surgery is less than breast augmentation.  Once again, as noted by Dr. Cruise, the breast implant cost adds a lot to the procedure's cost.  In my area (Florida) a pair of saline breast implants costs me around $800.  A pair of silicone gel breasts implants costs me $1750.  I pass that cost to the patient without jacking it up.  So a breast aug procedure can be fairly costly.

Although a gynecomastia case is cheaper, it's more challenging, IMO.  There's more finesse to that procedure, and every case is different.
