3 weeks post op, right nipple puff and large

Hi guys, I have beeing viewing this site for a year or 2 now. I finally decided to have surgery 3 weeks ago. At first the results seemed great, flat nipples. O ya i got gynecomastia from a testorone enhancing product. I had large hard glands removed along with lipo. Like i said the results looked good at first. Now being 3 weeks post op my right nipple puffed back out. It gets filled with fluied or something. There is no hard gland any more. My left nipple is perfect. I am worried that my right nipple will never go back to normal, it is large and puffy. Does any one know if this goes away?  Dr. s or anyone please help .

P.S My doc had my wear underarmor, it is tight but tends to losens as day goes on. Should i invest in a better compression vest, next week will be a montth will it even matter?

You are only 3 weeks, things aren't going to get better until a few months, just wait it out and things will get better. I still have slight puffyness from my surgery but it's now starting to go down, it was mostly caused by the scar tissue pushing my skin out.
