malamang maging ganun din sa akin... pero OK..
at least nabawasan yung pagka-puffy ng areola..

yung sa akin naman problem ko is, parang may gyne kasi walang makapitan yung nipple dahil yung ilalim nun ang tinanggalan ng glands... pag naka-flex ang chest muscles ko kitang kita na hinde kumakapit yung nipple... parang wala yatang work around dun...

sa tingin ko ang workaround dun eh... theoretically ay... papableed yun muscle mo at para dumikit ang skin sa muscle...

sadgyneguy, you can try intense work out with your chest... make it bigger a bit.. and see if it can be tighten.

Hello fellow pinoys who share the same problem that I have, First off, I would like to thank you people for the comments and information you guys have shared. It is very helpful and certainly gave me hope. Nakakasawa na kasi ang mga kantyaw at panglalait ng mga tao sa ganitong condition and it is good to hear na we can somehow remedy the situation. Based on what I see sa website, ang pinaka reliable na surgeon is Dr. Benjamin Herbosa. I would like to schedule a consultation with him and soon have my surgery done as soon as my financial capability permits me. Gusto ko lang din share sa inyo ang case ko, I always wanted to wear smaller shirts but my breasts are simply too pointy and obviously I'm suffering from the condition. Is gland excision gona help? Magkano kaya cost kay Dr. Benny? Comments and feedbacks are well appreciated. Thanks guys!

actually wla naman cgro major major test na ggwin before the surgery. Interview lang namn yun for sure kung ala kang allergies sa gamot, anu bisyo mo...yung mga basics ba. Pero yung laboratory tests, i think no need. Kay Doc Ben me nagpa-surgery and sa HUMANA naganap ang pagbabawas sa dibdib ko. cgro  mas  mahal na ngaun kasi syempre, malaki na gastos ngaun
