Post-Op exercising and vest
Hey guys, so I've been wearing the vest for about 4 weeks now.  I've been given the ok by my PS to begin exercising.  He told me to wear the vest while exercising.  Thing is, it's really annoying to sweat in the vest and have to wash it every day from exercising.  I've already worn the vest 24/7 for 4 weeks..would it be a problem to not wear the vest just when I exercise (30min to an hour).  Thanks in advance for any responses :)  (Oh, he instructs his patients to wear the vest for 6 weeks)

Wear a shirt under your vest.

get a under armor compression shirt...thats the best way to go...tbe  after put on the vest..
