Tissue Removal vs gland removal
Is there any difference between tissue removal and gland removal?? Please explain as my surgery is due in  1 week time.

The things you're talking about I believe are one and the same.  Glandular breast tissue is the only thing behind your nipple in your chest besides fat which it is most likely intertwined with.  The surgeon will cut away excess glandular breast tissue and may lipo out some fat if necessary.
