Pressure garments and Pressure Urticaria

I am planning to go for gynecomatia surgery in the coming month,but I am really worried about the fact that i have to wear those tight fitting pressure garments after the surgery as i have a very cute skin allergy ie:delayed pressure urticaria for over a year now.how should i go about it? Iwould really appreciate any suggestions from  doctors/medical team members.

you should try asking your surgeon.  he is a doctor after all.

what does the utricaria look like when you get it?  i started getting these red hive like spots on my abdomen.  i'm almost positive it's from wearing Underarmor and pressure garments.  how do you get rid of it?
