1 year post op Qs

Im one year post op and i have a bunch of soft lumps all around the breast area ? i had these lumps after surgery as well and thought they were just scar tissue ? any one have these or know what these are ?

I don't know what they are, but you don't have gyne anymore, so I would not sweat it too much.
