True Gyno?

I have minor puffy nips been rated a 2 out of ten by you guys, just wondering I don't have any discs or lumps under my nips its just soft, it feels like only some fat though I have cut weight, no reduction in the puffiness but after reading many posts I am under the impression that the hard gland is what pushes out the nipple can anyone shed some light? thanks in advance.

Well I'm no doctor, but I feel like if you had true gyne, you'd be able to feel the gland.

It doesn't feel like fat, feels completely different.
