Help!

Help! I have gyne and I could have just lived with it but one side got bigger while the other didn't so now it is noticeably lopsided, but not very large.  I do not need to hide my chest really, but I am getting more self conscious about it now as my muscles get bigger.

I went to the surgeon and had the first meeting, got prices etc.. He described a process using a canulla and not cutting it out, but I have nearly only got gland and no fatty tissue at all due to being quite fit and a little bit of exercise.  He also described a patient that had it return after he operated on him.

What my question is is if it is mostly gland, would a canulla be sufficient? I just want a little advice before I call him back to confirm, the whole thing is a bit intimidating. I am not concerned about having excision, like the medical process is not a owrry but I do not want to pay 6,200 (NZ) Dollars for bullshit liposuction when it is the gland that concerns me.

i had lipo only in my first op and it didnt work for me so i had to do a second op to cut out the gland

Definitely get both lipo and excision.  I've never seen anybody here on these boards be satisfied getting just one instead of both.

Awesome. I think thats just the booster I needed.  I'll call him on Monday and ask about the options again.

That is if i can get past his bulldog receptionists. Getting him on the phone is harder than getting in the Freemasons.

Okay! Yeah call him, I am seeing him on Friday to get my stitches out. I'll let you know how it goes.
