i took mine 4 pills a day


make sure u take it with at least 30 grams of trans fats

i did 2 in morning, 2 at night

with CLA, and like peanut butter/sunflowerseeds/fish... whatever for the fats


u might want to hit up the gym also while u on it.  Crazy pumps, the shit is really andro...  i went from 12%b/f around to 10% in 1 month from it with no diet changes

however ihad a very slight case.. argueably no case including that of my doc/endo

but i still felt my breasts were too big for my body.  they were male shaped.. just too big. and some of that really hard tissue behinde nips
