very mild case puffy nipples??

hey there i am 23 y/o and had these since i was 15! only really started to worrie me the last 4 years but i dont think they are as bad as i think they are, just after some advice please? surgery? thanks all!

Subtle Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia can be distressing for some.  Some of my patients with a B or C cup breast have told me that they would kill to have such a chest and do not understand the concerns of someone with such a contour problem.  However, it does not take much to distort the contour of a male chest.  I work with many Bodybuilders with Gynecomastia who often complain that this ruins the muscle's appearance. The Anatomy of Puffy Nipples can vary, but most have very little fat on their bodies.  Weight loss will not help with a gland component.  Some find that Bodyshaping Garments an option, but that does not help with a bare chest.  Surgery becomes an obvious option for those who do not like that look.
