Depends on a number of factors (you, your surgeon, your surgery, a little bit of luck perhaps); thus I can't say.

These are questions to ask your surgeon. What I can tell you is that you should research which surgeon to go to very extensively. Don't just go for whoever is cheapest/nearest.
etc.

As doddy said, scar healing involves many factors. You have to decide what you would rather have, puffy areolas or a few scars that probably would be barely noticeable.

As for the healing process, that depends on you my friend. Factors involved here are how your general health is, how you heal. Do you heal quickly or do you heal slowly? Everyone heals  differently. It took me a good three months to start feeling like my usual self. I am 4 months and two days post-op and am sure that I'm fully healed now. I suggest that U start taking ( if you dont' already ) a multi-vitamin. If you smoke and or use alcohol, stop. At least until you've had surgery if you choose to go that route. Be as healty as you can Dude. ;)

Do not feel pressured in to having surgery though. Just because many guys on this Site have had surgery that doesn't mean you have to. Do what is right for you Dude. Personally, I think you look okay. Your chest is fine IMHO.

Whatever you decide, do it for you!

John.

2. did it hurt after the surgery?

Yes, but it was only a 'discomfort'.... no pain.

There can be. We cannot predict the future though! ;)

Breast gland looks like a yellowish/redish blob.

If I were you and it bothered me, yes, I would go for it.

This isn't at all relevant, dude. None of us are you.

How severe a case is / the need for surgery is decided by you and your mind, not by what other people may think of your pictures.

You should be totally committed to it if you're going to do it though, IMO.

Doddy you are right there Dude. Actually, I was going to say the same thing in my last post but I think what Pac-Man meant was 'if you were in my postition, would you do it'.

So.... Pac-Man.... Dude..... like doddy said, you are the only one who can make that decision. You, and you alone.

John.

Here is my opinion ... If I were you, I wouldn't have surgery cos' it's really a mild case. But as the others said, if you feel like having surgery (to feel much better), do it. No one can take a decision in your place. It depends on how you feel etc etc ...
