Is this swelling?

I'm currently abit more than 1 week post-op, and I am just wondering how swelling feels like. The doctor did lipo and excision, and I can feel a bump on both sides in my inner chest and outer, like to the right of my right nipple and left of my left nipple. The bump is kind of hard but not really and it kind of hurts when I put pressure on it. Is this swelling? Will it go away if I keep wearing my compression vest? Thanks.

Nvm my previous post. My surgeon looked at it finally, turns out it was false alarm. The pictures looked far worse than the actual thing. He told me it is just scar tissue forming. You just need to maintain pressure on it, and allow it time to heal.
