i have a quick question. i have read that once the breast tissue has settled for a few years it is stable and will most likely not change. because of this the tissue is no longer treatable by medicine.  would it be possible to stimulate or re- activate the breast tissue with steroid/hormones. and then use a medicine treatment to shrink the gyno?

No it does not work that way. The stimulation will cause the gland to swell and grow. The medication can reverse some of the swelling, but not the new growth nor the old growth.
