At the age of 18, I've had it. Enough with letting this horrible condition ruin my youth.... I've decided to get gynecomastia surgery this summer (within the next two weeks).

It's Type II unilateral gynecomastia on a fairly skinny individual (79%) body fat. The doctor I'm going to get it done from is Ayoub Sayeg and the cost is $3500 for unilateral gynecomastia surgery.

I have a few questions though:

1. Is $3500 a fair price for such a surgery?

2. What is your opinion of the PS?

Thank you!!

Mine cost $4500 for bi- lateral  surgery so do the math. If it bug you that much, you will get it done. Even though I am only 3 wk post operation, i can see a lot of changes and i can tell you that i didn't regret spending $4500.00. i can now wear a fitted shirt and also T-shirt especially white and other colors that will make gyno looks obvious.  i used to hate summer but my summer gyno free will be fun!!

Hope this help.
