I know this probably isn't the right board but i thought that it might be the best place to ask. Does the NHS provide free testosterone blood tests? I ask because I read somewhere that before going to surgery it's best to have the tests done. Thanks.

Although it does no harm, not all men with enlarged breasts need gynecomastia testing.

Hope this helps,

Certainly my GP provided me with a Testosterone test. Injections for me, I am afraid, but it will do the trick and at no cost. Any other signs or symptoms? I also have low white blood cells and am infertile. They are looking at further tests for Kleinfelters. I think you may need to push if your GP does not understand the problem.
