some size of photo! hard to see properly but looks like you DO have some slight breast development there.
 Not anything Id lose any sleep over but at end of day its entirely up to you.

Just as a woman's breast will contain both gland and fat, the normal Anatomy of Gynecomastia will consist of gland and fat.
