What is the signs of Puffy Nipples going away?

Hello, I am new to this site. I am 14, 5'8 and weigh 129lbs and have had Puffy Nipples for about 1 and a half years. Lately, they have been getting smaller and bigger when I am under no stress and the temperature is warm. So they are just getting smaller and then getting bigger again after about 10 minutes. Also, I have been feeling some tingling there, about once every 2 days. Are these signs of them going away? If not, what are signs I should be looking for except, of course, them decreasing in size.
