Before anyone says it - minor case, yup. Still a case though.

My surgeon was Paul Levick, based in Birmingham UK. Blatino, I hope you enjoy my big nipples pre-op.

Flat as! Looks good Doddy. It wouldn't have got any better on its  own, and would likely have got worse over the years (your just a skinny young pup!), so you have saved years of angst by "nipping it in the bud" as it were.  ;)

Haha the first pics I saw were the pre op ones and i was like "wait a second" but then i saw the post op ones. looks good, congrats.
