Anyone seen Robocop? If so, what did you think of it? The first installment only. 2 and 3 are crap and not worth discussing!

I gave up after 2, so have no idea just how bad 3 was!

The original is great. "You have 30 seconds to comply!" - that should be on the movie lines thread!

Highlight is the guy whose head explodes on the car. Slow mo it and you can see the body change to a dummy with a melon on top! Good cheesy fun.

Anyone notice that RC drove a Ford Taurus and the bad Dudes had the '6000 SUX'. And that there was mention of 'Lee Iaccoca elementary school'....

Someone sure was pro Ford and not a fan of GM or Chrysler!

it's suposed to take place in detroit.  It's not a surprise that there was some form of reference to the auto industry.
