Don't look to bad there bro...you have a lil puffy nipples but around here when we ball a lot of people have nipples that look like that and nobody real thinks twice about it.  I think the only reason I even notice is because I have gyne myself and tend to compare my chest to others I guess.  But you don't look that bad at all, maybe do a few more chest flies and and some chest exercises and you'll be aight.

I agree with many of the posts.  It looks like you have a mild case of glandular tissue.  The only way to get rid of it is to have it surgically removed.  But there will be a scar, and it will be permanent.  There's no way to predict how your tissue will heal.  Most people heal well.  If it seems to be better, consider waiting awhile.
