Looking for a compression tank; would these work?

It could be a very long time before I can get the money to have the procedure done. I'm looking for something to wear in the meantime. Do either of these choices seem like a good option?

I also read that you should order a size smaller than you usually wear, for the best slimming effect. My chest/breast area measures around 44 inches. I wear usually a large/extra large shirt, depending on how snug the shirt is. What would be my best option? Here is a picture of me, if it helps.

Sometimes my nipples are softer and puffier than that, but this picture is a good representation I guess.

I've been trying to hide this for years.. I'm so upset by my appearance, but I'm tired of not being able to wear what I want to wear. And I'm tired of slumping and walking around with my back hunched to hide it. Please help me.
