thanks, am happy with results. Was surprised by the speed of healing, even had tops off 11 days after in the park!
It is only about day 15/16 whereby stretching arms above the head stopped having a pulling/strained feeling, so ideally would like to exercise decently and light bench in 10 days so 3.5/4 weeks after.
Wore compression vest 2 weeks solid (with occasional hour off for a breather), now wear fo half the day and will continue for 2 more weeks.
Sleeping on back for weeks was a push, since used to sleeping on side, but onwards and upwards now.
