puffy nipples what do i need done???

ok i have had these puffy nipples since i have been like 14 and im 29 now what i need to know is what do i need done to get rid of them??? lipo or incision??? from what i read in this site is if u have puffy nipples that its gland pushing them out and making the areola larger like just a little bit more rounder than a quarter....and who is the best surgeon in Florida to go to???
