Dr. Nir Binur - Port Arthur, TX

Anyone have any experience with this guy?? His website (http://www.drbinur.com/) does not mention anything about gynecomastia, but I contacted his office and they said that he does do gynecomastia surgery. He is the most convenient option for me because he is local and I can't take much time off from work to go some place else. What I am most concerned about is having  to go back for revisions b/c the doc did not do a good job. I am trying to balance expediency and quality - I don't want to go to someone who will make my chest look even worse. Any thoughts, opinions, experiences about this guy would be much appreciated. I hope to be gyne free soon!
