15 year old with one puffy nipple

hey im 15 1/2 and my left nipple has been puffy and had a lump in it for about 2 1/2 years, I think i am still going through puberty as my voice still cracks occasionally and i have acne. my right nipple does not puff out or have a lump, but it does not look fully developed because the nipple is not large and perky, all my friends nipples are always big and hard, and younger kids nipples look the same as my right nipple. Will my nipples become normal as i finish puberty.

No way to tell until a few years from now.  Certainly you have no harm in waiting to see if it resolves by itself.  If it does not improve, then you may be a candidate for surgery on the affected side.
