Is this area aggressively taken care of during surgery?

I'm pretty lean( 5'11 160lbs) but have a pocket of fat resting between this area. My chest looks pretty decent looking at it straight forward, but on an angle it's pointy. I've gotten to a lower weight and it looks better, but maintaining that weight is a pain in the ass...and I really dont need to be that skinny.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

My surgery in February didn't really correct the small area of fat that I have between my nipples and each armpit.

Therein lies my concern. That's the problem area for me- do the surgeons only concentrate on the front of the chest while performing this surgery?

IS that pocked of fat even considered a form of gyne?

The most common location of fat that I see in my practice is what I termed "the breast roll", which is  directly below the armpit.  Traditionally, during my treatment of gynecomastia, I address any prominent areass in the immediate vicinity. They gynecomastia specialist treats the entire problem, not just the area below the nipple.  I will routinely roll this into the overall cost of the procedure and not charge additional to do this. I would certainly recommend you have this addressed during your consultation.

Thank you for the feedback Dr, like I said Im pretty trim....but that's the first place fat tends to go on me, creating a soft spot.
