I COULD FEEL THAT THE GLAND AT MY LEFT CHEST IS SWOLLEN AND PAINFUL TO TOUCH AND WHEN I SAW IT IN THE MIRROR, IT'S BIGGER THAN MY RIGHT. COMMENTS PLS.

i also don't understand.. but i cold feel that the gland inside my left chest is swollen making it bigger and painful to touch. .

The breast in some men is quite sensitive. This is normal and for some men it is an erotic turn-on others find it annoying.

You did not say sensitive, you said there was pain. Pain is not normal and suggests that something is not right.

See a Doctor and get this checked out.

An exam by your primary care physician would be a good place to start.  How long has the problem persisted?

As of now the pain is gone but there's a time that it keeps on coming back..

i think you may have gyno in one of your breasts
