To me, the contour of your chest is not going to change with further weight loss. In fact, you look just fine to me. You certainly don't have female-shaped breasts.

But, if you are really unhappy with the current contour of your chest (puffy nipple), then the only way to change it is via surgery.

Your right does look bigger than your left...could be unilateral gyne...but to cure your puffy nipples, you will need at least lipo...possibly a little gland excision.

A certain amount of asymmetry is normal. Your ears are probably of different size as well, your eyes likewise.

The question is not whether you have Gynecomastia or not but:

Whether you have a self image problem.

And

Whether cosmetic surgery will overcome the problem.

You have puffy nipples.  It is not fat related.  Losing weight will do nothing to your nipples.  If they bother you, you will need to have them correctly surgically.

You have subtle Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia. Just as a pubescent female chest contour is a breast, so is this problem still gynecomastia. Pseudogynecomastia is a terrible term. Check that page to better understand why. Galen first coined the phrase Gynecomastia. Although he was aware of gland, he was referring to the fat contour.

The Anatomy of Puffy Nipples will consist of fat, gland, and skin. Losing Weight can Help with the Fat Component of Gynecomastia. Residual fat, gland, and skin can remain to deform a cut contour. Weight loss can expose remaining gland.

Those pills do not work, you will be wasting your money. Try to find before and after pictures to document any method. If you cannot find such pictures then you should question any such claims.

Hope this helps,

You have gynecomastia consisting mainly of puffy nipples -- as well as slight asymmetry -- there is minimal fat involved.  No amount of dieting or exercise will get rid of it -- in fact, if you lost weight, it might appear more prominent.  You could get away with this by wearing tight compression garments, but a more permanent solution would be surgery.

Thank you Dr Jacobs, thats new information for me. I also have puffy nipples, with my right being slightly bigger. I have never been over 180 in my life. Mine must be mostly gland.
