Most plastic surgeons do not charge for follow up care after surgery -- and a post op visit with one's surgeon to discuss the outcome of an operation and possible revision surgery should not, in my opinion, be considered a fresh consult (for which one would be charged).
Some surgeons may limit their included post op care for one year after surgery -- and then may charge a fee for their time after that.
