Anyone have experience with Dr. Rick Silverman or Dr. Barry Davidson

I was wondering if anybody could provide me with some first-hand knowledge of Dr. Rick Silverman out of Boston. From everything I've heard he is extremely talented and experienced in this surgery, but I was just wondering if anyone on here has actually had surgery with him?

Also, other doctors' opinions of him would be excellent, although I realize this is unlikely as you all are technically in competition for patients.

I've also heard some great, some good, and some not-so good things about Dr. Barry Davidson, who also is located in Boston. Anyone able to tell me anything about him.
