I noticed that they started growing when I was 11-12
I was about 70-80 lbs at that time.. Went to the school nurse but she claimed it was just due to imbalanced hormones and they would fade away
Well they're still there and I did get quite depressed in my late teens and gained quite alot of weight.
I pulled myself together about a year ago and to this date i've lost 88lbs and currently weight 242lbs and I'm still losing more every week..

But I still have these...

Well done on the weight loss bud keep it up dont stop, you do have a very bad case of gyno and you will need surgery.

Yes, no need to "guess" about it being gyne; it definitely is.  You will need surgery to correct it.  Due to your severe case, you will have some scarring if you elect to have the surgery, but it will still look much better than the gynecomastia.

Good luck with it all!

Thanks for the quick answers!
And about the scarring, I doubt it's anything compared to the mental scars that these have caused so far..

oh and.. I did think I was a freak of nature until about a year ago when they aired a documentary about gynecomastia here in Finland.
