frustrated 3 lipo and 1 gland removal proceedure so far..

Last procedure my PS removed 750 ml from my left and 150 ml from the right. There is a a large finger of gland left that sweeps towards the midline on the left. Also there is a half dollar sized lump under my right nipple making it hang and puffy. Both nipples hang due to scar tissue formation from where the cannula was inserted (periphery of the nipple). My ps doesnt want to remove the gland. Any docs that can give me advice. My condition is much improved but i would like the gland removed for a more flatter chest. Also it's red and irritated around my aeriola which never really went away.
