understanding puffy nipples

hey guys im reading a lot about puff nipples

when you guys talk about puffy nipples is that when your body is warm and the nipple size increases.
because when im cold my nipples shrink but when im hot my nipples also become large and puffy...does that mean i have gyno,

Everyone's areolas respond to temperature changes, getting smaller when cold and bigger when warm.  But a male chest should not look like a female chest.  Nipples should not become so enlarged and/or puffy that they no longer resemble a male nipple.  If they resemble a female more than a male, that's when you know something's up and that gyne should be considered.  As a rule of thumb around here, if someone suspects (or wonders) if they have gyne, then they probably do. 

But you really need to post some pics, as that's the only way to answer with any type of certainty.
