My gynecomastia still there after the surgery!!!???

Hi friends I  went to the surgery 2 days ago, and the doctor made me a lipo, he said that the gland was going to be removed with the lipo,  and today removed me the surgery bandage and my nipples are still puffy, is this normal?
I have  afraid that the gland still there..

puffiness n swelling are normal...
wot makes u think the gland is still there?

r u wearing a compression vest..that will help in reducing the puffiness n swelling
also most of the surgeons show u the gland after surgery - its gross--but still they do it :p...

I was very numb after the surgery, so I didn't see what they extract, tomorrow I have an appointment with the doctor,
he didn't do me a gland extirpation, JUST LIPO.
According to the doctor he said that the lipo was going to extract the gland.

My nipples are smaller but they still puffy...
